New monthly afternoon service
Starting today we shall be holding an afternoon service at 4pm on the second Sunday of each month. The format will vary each month but will be based loosely on Evening Prayer. It will offer a more reflective space than the morning Communion. A lovely quiet way to end the day and prepare for the new week.
Week of Guided Prayer 7-14 July
A WGP provides an opportunity to reflect on our individual relationship with God, and how the call of Christ is at work in our daily life. Please sign up on the list in church if you would like to take part.
We hope a good number of us can join Rachel at Boston Parish Church for her ordination as priest at 10.30am on 1 July. Last call today for signing up to either give or receive a lift.
Rachel will preside at her first Communion service at St Giles at 4pm that afternoon. Please be there to support her at this milestone moment. There will be tea together afterwards.
